1. The free preview

• We build first. Ask for a preview and we build a real website for your restaurant before you pay anything. If you say no, you owe us nothing and we don't chase you.
• It's private. Previews are hidden from search engines and carry a "preview" label. Photos in a preview are labelled placeholders until your own photos go in.
• It's built from public information such as your Google Business Profile and menu. If anything in it is wrong, tell us and we correct it.
• We don't register a domain in your name before you buy. Australian domain rules require the licence holder to be the business itself, so the domain is registered with your ABN, after you say yes.
• We may take a preview down if we haven't heard from you within 30 days, and we may reuse the design work for other clients.

2. Buying a website

• Prices include GST and are in Australian dollars. We issue a tax invoice showing our ABN. Add-ons are quoted before we start and listed on the pricing page.
• You pay when you approve the site, before it goes live. Card payments go through Stripe; larger amounts can be paid by bank direct debit.
• Timing. Starter goes live within 5 business days of receiving your photos and your payment, whichever is later. Full takes about two weeks from the photo session. Domain registration can add a day or two and is outside our control.
• Changes before launch. Starter includes one round of factual corrections. Full includes two full rounds, and small changes are free for 30 days after launch. After that you make everyday changes yourself in your admin panel; design changes, new pages and new functions are quoted first.

3. What you own

• The domain is registered in your business name with your ABN. You can move it to another provider at any time without asking us.
• The website files are yours. We give you a complete copy, and any other developer can take it over.
• Every login — hosting, domain, email, Google Business Profile — is handed to you when the site goes live, not later. There is no lock-in; if you stop working with us the website keeps working.
• We keep the right to show your website in our portfolio and to leave a small credit line in the footer. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we remove either.

4. What you're responsible for

• Menu, prices and hours. We rely on you for their accuracy and can't check whether your prices are current. You can change them yourself at any time.
• Photos you supply must be of your own food, taken by you or with the owner's permission. We can't use photos taken from Google, delivery apps or another restaurant's website.
• We edit photos honestly. We adjust light, colour and framing and remove clutter, using software including AI tools, but we never change the food itself — not the portion, the ingredients or the garnish. A photo that can't be improved honestly gets replaced.
• Content must be lawful and not misleading. We won't publish claims about your restaurant that you can't stand behind.
• Give us one person who can answer questions and approve the site.

5. Your admin panel and AI assistant

• Both websites include an admin panel and an AI assistant at no extra charge, with no maintenance fees. You can change menu items, prices, photos, hours, holidays, notices, contact details and your story; preview first, publish when ready, roll back within 7 days.
• You are the editor. The assistant proposes changes and waits for your OK, and AI can make mistakes, so check prices and hours before you publish. What you publish is your content.
• Bugs in the panel are on us and fixed free. Design changes, new sections or pages and new functions are add-ons, quoted before we start.
• Until your panel is switched on, email us the change and we make it within 24 hours at no charge.

6. Keeping the site online

• The first year of hosting and the domain are included in the price of the website.
• From the second year the website online fee is $199 a year, covering hosting, HTTPS, the domain renewal, backups, security updates, fixes and your admin panel. It doesn't cover content changes, which you make yourself.
• We remind you 30 days before it's due. If it's still unpaid 30 days after the due date the site goes offline until it's paid. The files and the domain stay yours regardless.
• If you'd rather host the site elsewhere, we help you move it.

7. Monthly plans

Optional. The website works without them.

• After any minimum, plans run month to month. Stop any time with notice before your next billing date; there is no cancellation fee.
• We don't promise rankings, citations, reviews or sales. Nobody honestly can. We promise the work described, how much of it, and when.
• Where a plan needs access to your accounts (Google Business Profile, ad accounts), you grant it as a manager and can revoke it when the plan ends.

8. AI on a website you already have

• AI concierge, $490 setup and $49 a month. A chat assistant on your existing site that answers customers from the information you give us. It cannot make bookings, take orders or process payments; it points customers to your booking or ordering system, or your phone. The monthly fee covers hosting, AI usage within fair use (up to 1,500 messages a day), one information update a month, lead emails and a quarterly summary. Send us changes by email and we update it within two business days. Stop any time after the first month; it's removed within five business days.
• AI-ready upgrade, $690 once. We change your existing site so search engines and AI assistants can read it, and give you a before-and-after report. We need administrator access for the work, which you can revoke afterwards. We can't promise that any assistant or search engine will cite or rank your restaurant.
• Bundle, $990 setup and $49 a month. Both of the above. If we tell you your current site isn't worth upgrading, the amount you paid is credited in full against a Full website ordered within six months. It is a credit, not a cash refund.
• Your customers' conversations are processed by a third-party AI service outside Australia. You are the data controller for those conversations and we are your processor; we keep transcripts for up to 180 days for lead emails and quality checks. The widget shows a one-line notice to customers. The assistant must not be used to collect payment details or sensitive personal information.

9. Using this website and the chat

• The assistant on this site is automated and can be wrong. The prices it quotes are the ones published here; anything beyond that is confirmed by email before you pay.
• Don't misuse the site or the chat: no scraping, no automated traffic, no attempts to extract or abuse the AI service, no unlawful content. We rate-limit and may block traffic that does.
• The guides and sample sites are general information, not advice for your specific situation.

10. If something goes wrong

• Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If our work isn't delivered with due care and skill, or isn't fit for the purpose we agreed, you're entitled to a remedy, which may include having the work redone or a refund.
• Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in question.
• We aren't responsible for things outside our control: outages at hosting, payment, email or AI providers; decisions by Google or other platforms; domain registry delays.
• Tell us first. Most problems are fixed within a business day. Email [email protected].

11. Ending things

• Before the site is live, either of us can walk away. You pay nothing if you haven't approved the site.
• After it's live, the website is yours and stays yours. Monthly plans end at your next billing date.
• We may pause a site if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, and we always tell you before we do. We may stop working with you if we're asked to publish something false or unlawful.

12. General

• How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
• These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. English is the operative language; any translation is a courtesy.
• If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If these terms change, the new version and its date appear here. Changes to a signed agreement need to be in writing and agreed by both of us.
